By accessing or using SpikeDesk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SpikeDesk is an online analytics dashboard that surfaces statistical patterns in publicly available NSE F&O market data. It is operated by Jiten Suresh Patel (Sole Proprietor), based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India (the "Operator", "we", "us").
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use SpikeDesk. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Subscription & Payment
- SpikeDesk is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page.
- Payments are processed by our payment aggregator (Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd). We do not store your card or banking details.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes (GST, etc.).
5. Not Investment Advice
The Service provides informational analytics only. We are NOT SEBI-registered as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing on SpikeDesk constitutes investment advice, research, or a buy/sell recommendation. See our full Disclaimer.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the data, scores or signals produced by SpikeDesk;
- share your login credentials or resell access;
- represent SpikeDesk content as your own research, advisory service, or tip service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, scoring models, visualisations, text, branding ("SpikeDesk", logos) and other content on the Service are the property of the Operator and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time — see Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
