1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs refunds for paid subscriptions to SpikeDesk. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
SpikeDesk offers monthly subscriptions. The current price is visible on the subscription page before you pay. Amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive / inclusive of applicable GST as displayed at checkout.
3. 7-Day Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first payment on a new account, provided you have not made substantial use of the paid features (defined as fewer than 10 logged-in views of paid analytics pages).
- After 7 days, or after substantial use, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Renewal payments (month 2 onwards) are non-refundable once charged. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email jitenpatel6438@gmail.com from the email address linked to your SpikeDesk account with:
- transaction ID (from your payment receipt);
- reason for refund;
- date of original payment.
We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to Cashfree's processing timelines.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued where:
- the 7-day window has expired;
- the account has been used substantially (see 7-Day Window above);
- the account has been suspended or terminated due to breach of our Terms;
- losses have been incurred in trading based on information viewed on SpikeDesk (we do not provide investment advice — see Disclaimer);
- the user is dissatisfied with the accuracy of model probabilities or pattern signals (these are informational only, not guarantees).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period.
