SpikeDesk (F&O Analytics Dashboard) is a web-based informational analytics platform that surfaces statistical patterns observed in publicly available NSE (National Stock Exchange of India) F&O market data. We compute indicators such as volume anomalies, delivery ratios, open-interest changes, technical momentum and pattern-matching scores.

- SpikeDesk is NOT a Portfolio Manager, AIF, Broker or Sub-broker.
- SpikeDesk does NOT provide investment advice, research reports, stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, or personalised financial guidance.
- SpikeDesk does NOT manage client funds or execute trades on behalf of users.
3. No Investment Advice
All content, scores, signals, charts, tables, ML probabilities and analytics surfaced on SpikeDesk are for educational and informational purposes only. Technical outages, data-provider delays, symbol changes and corporate actions may cause temporary inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiten Suresh Patel (Sole Proprietor), proprietor of SpikeDesk, and its officers, employees, affiliates and data providers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of capital, loss of goodwill, or loss of data) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, SpikeDesk, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
